Decision Bridges is a not-for-profit organization that promotes decision making by consensus. Through workshops and publications, individuals and groups learn to participate in, facilitate, and teach consensus decision making.

This decision-making methodology builds communication, bridges differences, and allows teams to arrive at decisions that will result in supportable actions because the entire team has had a part in the process.

Our Publications

Read about this book and others in our online bookstoreOur publications were developed by teams of experts including our director, Mary Ann Downey, and have been field tested in a variety of settings with both teens and adults.

If you want to arrange for a workshop, acquire our publications, or simply desire more information, please see our contact page.

Consensus decision making has had widespread success in a variety of settings. The practice we teach is based on the process of seeking spirit-led unity used by The Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) for more than 350 years.
